Desired length, easy, rolling or sporty effort, views, lakes and rivers, heritage, nature or villages; solo, as a couple, in a group or with children.
Several proposals, all different
Remarkable places around the start act as anchors: each route heads in a different direction, and routes that look too alike are dropped.
A trip over several days
Set the number of days and the length per day: each stage is traced, and the GPX of the whole trip downloads as one file.
Your questions
Can I load the route onto my bike computer?
Yes, as GPX: Garmin Connect, Wahoo, Komoot, Strava and most apps import it. The file carries the route name and the vistavel.com signature.
Where does the data come from?
From OpenStreetMap contributors and a bike router. Routes are composed automatically: check the state of the ways on site and follow the rules of the road.
