Your questions
Does a shared link show my home?
Not if you have declared your private zones: the track is masked around them and you review the copy before confirming. Automatic cleaning does not replace that review.
Can I download any route?
Your personal routes, yes. Routes from the catalogue remain non-downloadable, including after editing, cutting or assembling.
