During your club outing

People taking part in the same outing can view the locations each participant chooses to share. The live session accompanies your club route; the PDF sheet gives you route references to take along.
Sharing stays your choice
Joining the live session and sharing your location are separate actions. You can stop sharing.

Download an A4 sheet with the route, known elevation profile, directions and a QR code when export is permitted.
Club membership alone does not reveal locations
To view the live session, you must take part in that outing’s session, with a confirmed registration and a published route assigned to your pace group. A member who is not taking part cannot access locations, even if they are an administrator. Participants see shared locations across the same outing’s pace groups.
Enable GPS sharing for this participation
Opening the site does not share your location. Once in the live session, you can enable sharing voluntarily and stop it again. Marking your arrival, leaving the session or closing the session also removes access to view participant locations.

The PDF is your route sheet
Open the route sheet from your club library. Its preview brings together the club name and logo when available, the route, known elevation profile and directions. Print it or download an A4 file with a QR code that opens the route under its usual access rules.

Before you set off
Can a member who is not taking part follow our locations?
No. Club membership, including an administrator role, does not grant GPS access. The view is limited to active participants in that same outing and ends when they mark their arrival, leave the session or the session closes.
Must I share my location to see the others?
No. Joining the session and consenting to GPS sharing are separate. An authorised participant can view shared locations while keeping their own sharing disabled.
What is in the PDF, and does it replace an offline map?
It is a route document to read or print: the track, available elevation profile, directions and a QR code. It can include the OpenStreetMap view displayed in the preview. It does not replace a navigable offline map; downloading it depends on the route’s permissions.
